Working to promote the positive benefits of Tourism to Bath and the surrounding area through

• Helping local businesses by providing access to practical information which will help them develop and grow.
• Influencing opinion formers in the area on matters of business concern.
• Supporting companies with particular issues.
• Communicating good news stories throughout the West of England by the Business West system.
• Connecting the full range of the area’s tourism businesses.
• Generating new ideas to assist with off-season turnover.
• Knowledge and experience to answer your questions.
• Meetings are usually on the first Tuesday of every month when discussions include:
• Monthly tourism statistics. New marketing ideas and initiatives to pass to Bath Tourism Plus.
• Issues to be followed up with Bath and North East Somerset Council on the presentation & promotion of the City.
• Supporting policies aimed at tackling the causes of homelessness and vagrancy which cause problems in the City.
• Training for the industry.  Forging links with local City tour and guide providers.
