Adapt to Survive– work smarter

The Adapt to Survive business improvement programme, funded by
the South West Regional Improvement & Efficiency Partnership
(SWRIEP) and the Local Authorities in Wiltshire and the West of
England, is available to small and medium-sized businesses through
a combination of workshops, vouchers and mentoring.
Adapt to Survive enables owners and managers to find new ways to
meet business objectives and overcome challenges, as well as
providing ongoing assistance to implement changes and
improvements.
The free half-day Workshops are interactive, action learning
sessions. After focusing on how to make realistic improvements to
products, services and processes to maximise efficiencies, minimise
costs and improve financial performance, each attendee will come
away with a ‘Work-Smarter Action Plan’ specific to their business
needs.
The post workshop free Mentoring Sessions - one-to-one meetings,
telephone and e-mail support from a business mentor - helps the
‘Work-Smarter Action Plan’ to become reality and ensures progress
keeps on track.
In addition, Vouchers give businesses up to £250 to cover the
costs of implementing the ‘Work-Smarter Action Plan’.
