GWE Business West Booking and Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Bookings can only be processed on receipt of a booking Form; we cannot accept bookings by telephone. GWE Business West reserves the right to cancel an event without prior consultation; in this case a refund will be issued. Cancellations must be received in writing or by email (mailto:events@gwebusinesswest.co.uk), we can not accept cancellations by telephone. Cancellations received 14 working days prior to the event will be refunded in full. Cancellations received less than 14 working days prior to the event will not be refunded.
