The Government wants to know which regulations
you think we could do without and what would make running your
business easier? ‘Your Freedom’, a national dialogue on how
to create a more open, inclusive society, was launched by Deputy
Prime Minister, Nick Clegg on 1st July. It includes a key
strand on cutting business and third sector regulations.
Anyone can make suggestions about which laws the government should
scrap and where it can cut red tape. Thousands of businesses and
individuals have already provided feedback on a whole range of
issues from EU legislation, digital economy act and small business
rate relief to changes to road tax and building regulations.
We would like to hear your ideas. What three laws/regulations
would you change to help you run your business better? Is
employment law your biggest headache or is it data
protection?
To have your say, please enter your ideas into
the box below and submit them by 15th July. We will then
compile the results and feed them into the government
consultation.
