The Survival Toolkit is a programme of leadership and management
training and support on essential business skills. Available
through funding from ESF (European Social Fund).
This is not just simple fixes but training and development that
will enable you and your managers to gain the confidence to make
the changes in the way you work and make a positive difference to
your business.
Training - What does it involve?
This accredited training programme is tailored to meet the needs
of small businesses; it focuses on improving overall performance
and is designed to be flexible to fit in with busy work
schedules. We have achieved this by delivering this model in
the following way:
- bite-sized workshops and 'action learning sets'
- working in groups studying personal actions and experience
- coaching, mentoring, online tutorials and access to a resource
library
