restrictive leases and no financial penalties if space is occupied
for less than a year.
Opt for a fully serviced centre and rent, business rates,
utilities, security, reception services, mail handling and property
maintenance are all included in the monthly fee. Office space can
be provided furnished or unfurnished, and modern telephone network
systems and broadband connections are either included or made
easily available.
